Today I visited the sports doctor and he did a few of the test to determine the extent of the injury on my right knee. He did the Lachman's test and said my knee felt unstable.
He took xray's and they where negative meaning I did not have a broken bone. He ordered an MRI and that's when I got scared since he thought the damage was structural.
At this point I was scared since they only order an MRI when they suspect a torn ACL.

- My name is Jesus & I want to share my experiences with ACL reconstruction surgery. I am going in for my second ACL surgery in 1 year. I want to share my experience and knowledge about the process before, after the surgery & the long road to recovery. I had my left knee acl reconstructed last year april 24th 2008 and now I tore my right knee acl june 7th 2009. From these two experinces I have learned the do's and dont's of treated a tore acl before and after the surgery.
