Today I went to get my MRI at the clinic. This process takes about 45 mins and is not painful since it's only taking images of your knee.
The sports doctor read the report and it read that I had a complete rupture of my ACL. He did a Lachman's test and said it was a definite tear.
Those where the dreaded words I had feared since I knew the long road ahead of me.

- My name is Jesus & I want to share my experiences with ACL reconstruction surgery. I am going in for my second ACL surgery in 1 year. I want to share my experience and knowledge about the process before, after the surgery & the long road to recovery. I had my left knee acl reconstructed last year april 24th 2008 and now I tore my right knee acl june 7th 2009. From these two experinces I have learned the do's and dont's of treated a tore acl before and after the surgery.
